I have finally pulled out the Christmas decorations! This is huge for me. I have Christmas decoration issues. I have had them since the Christmas that my Mom found out she had cancer and was not going to be with us for long. This news came just a few days before Christmas. That was a hard year. I remember on Christmas day saying to her, "Can I please take these decorations down!" She let me. I have never wanted to put them back up. I can enjoy everything else about the holiday, I love to bake, buy presents, sing loudly to holiday music, I even enjoy the decorations everywhere I go. Alicia couldn't stand not having decorations out the day after Thanksgiving, so she took over. This was fine with me! Once the boxes are out and the decorating begins, I am fine. I love my decorations. My other kids want the house decorated but, do not want to do it. Finally the guilt was to much, family night prevailed and Ba Da Bing! It looks like Christmas! So Merry Christmas to all. Now I just have to get some presents!

I am happy for you Karen. I know this is a big thing....The canning butter thing is going to change our entire food storage experience. I am so excited!!!!
The chistmas decorations are a big thing. Not the butter. The butter is just the coolest thing since sliced bread. AND you can put in on sliced bread. How 'bout that???
